‎Welcome to 4Phase Feast


‎4Phase Feast is a lifestyle journey built around curiosity, balance, and the joy of discovering food in new ways.
‎This space was created for anyone who wants to explore different eating styles, try new ingredients, and build a healthier relationship with food — one phase at a time.
‎Here, food is not about strict rules or perfection.
‎It’s about experimenting, learning, and growing through real experience.

‎What is the 4Phase Feast?
‎4Phase Feast is a rotating four-week food lifestyle cycle designed to keep our minds open, our meals interesting, and our habits more mindful.
‎Each week introduces a different way of eating, allowing us to explore food gradually while learning balance and control.


‎Week 1 – Vegan Phase
‎We begin with a fully plant-based week.
‎This phase focuses on vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, herbs, and plant-based meals.
‎It helps us reset, eat more greens, and discover creative vegan dishes.


‎Week 2 – Vegetarian Phase
‎In the second week, we gently expand by adding eggs and dairy such as milk, yogurt, and cheese.
‎This phase explores comforting vegetarian meals while still keeping a strong vegetable base.


‎Week 3 – White Protein Phase (Pollo-pescatarian) 
‎During the third week, we add chicken and fish to our meals.
‎This allows us to explore balanced protein options while continuing to enjoy vegetables and plant-based foods.


‎Week 4 – Full Plate Phase (Omnivore) 
‎In the fourth week, we add red meat and enjoy a more complete and flexible menu.
‎This phase is about balance, awareness, and appreciating all food groups without excess.


‎After week four, the cycle begins again — returning to vegan and moving forward through the phases once more.
‎Each new cycle brings new recipes, ideas, discoveries, and experiences.

‎Learning to control shopping and buy mindfully
‎Adding more vegetables and healthy ingredients each week
