WELCOME TO CLERK
This page is dedicated to reading and writing, and includes a collection of writings by Dr. Quillve, the pseudonym I use. You can follow my free writings, my latest novel, and read reviews of other books and novels.
It's important to note that this page is not a polished study or an academic archive. Rather, it's my scattered office throughout the day, my papers strewn about novels and stories I wanted to share with the world, unfinished thoughts and dreams of characters I wished I could meet in real life, or perhaps they were part of a fictional world where I trace their elusive existence, known only to me. Here, I write freely, telling their stories, fulfilling their dreams and desires for life—sometimes deliberately, sometimes impulsively—but always with sincerity.
I know the world has changed, and that I've arrived late as usual. Years of accumulated desires to bring characters to life have been buried beneath the ruins of academic studies and immersion in reality. I believed what they say: that no one reads, no one becomes a writer, and no one achieves their dreams unless they follow a realistic path.
Not everyone is destined to be a novelist or short story writer; the world isn't generous with opportunities. I've become so saturated with reality that I've forgotten what I truly want to write.
So, I'd like you to follow a novel I'm writing as it unfolds, chapter by chapter. Although I'm quite possessive and don't wish to share them with anyone, I feel indebted to them for giving them life, however insignificant or fleeting it may be. It remains a life with value, at least in the eyes of its owner.
Alongside this, I share my reflections on books and novels written by others that stir my emotions, trouble me, or inspire me.
I'm not here to impose my writing on anyone; I'm simply repaying my debt to the characters who have allowed themselves to take shape in the presence of my imagination. Today, as I create this page, which has long awaited me, to share and enjoy what I read and write, I want to mention that these texts, signed with my name, are the product of my mind and heart, and I ask that my intellectual property rights be respected.
