Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

Two spoons, red dry pepper.

One spoon of ketchup 

One and a half spoons of onion 

One garlic 

One spoon of lemon juice

One  spoonful of vinegar 

Three spoonfuls of oil 

Salt

1 Bay leaf

Preparation

Put 1 spoonful of oil into the pan with the onion and garlic, and stir until the onion becomes golden but not burned. 

Add one spoon of the red pepper and stir 

Add the ketchup and stir 

Add the lime, vinegar, and salt, and stir 

Now add the second spoon of the red pepper and the rest of the oil 

Stir for a minute and close the fire, but in a clean container with one Pay leaf or serving plate 

Perfect with all kinds of food, especially rice, noodles, and chicken.
