Ingredients
· Two spoons of red dry pepper.
· One spoon of ketchup
· One and a half spoons of onion
· One garlic
· One spoon of lemon juice
· One spoonful of vinegar
· Three spoons of oil
· Salt
· 1 Bay leaf
Preparation
· Put 1 spoonful of oil into the pan with the onion and garlic and
stir until the onion becomes golden but not burned.
· Add one spoon of the red pepper and stir
· Add the ketchup and stir
· Add the lime, vinegar, and salt, and stir
· Now add the second spoon of the red pepper and the rest of the
oil
· Stir for a minute, and close the fire, but keep it in a clean
container with one Pay leaf or serving plate
