Vegan Baked Oats (Breakfast Recipe)

Serves 2 people

Preparation

  1.  Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and find two small ramekins for baking.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture reaches the consistency of a loose pancake batter. 

  3. Divide the batter between the 2 ramekins and bake for 20 minutes at 180 or until the oatmeals are risen and golden.

  4. Top with banana and strawberry
