Preparation

Preheat
the oven to 180 degrees and find two small ramekins for baking.

Add
all the ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture reaches the
consistency of a loose pancake batter.

Divide
the batter between the 2 ramekins and bake for 20 minutes at 180 or until the
oatmeal is risen and golden.
